Google has recently updated its Google Panda algorithm. It had been rumoured for a little while that they had done and Google finally confirmed via twitter that this was indeed true using the following tweet from @google.
FYI Panda data refresh started rolling out on Friday. Less than 1% of queries noticeably affected in the U.S. & 1% worldwide
The updates began to roll out from the 8th June and Google claim that the changes will affect less than 1% of US search queries and exactly 1% of search queries worldwide.
Unfortunately Google isn’t revealing information on what changes it has made but if you’ve noticed changes in your SEO reports since the 8th June then this is more than likely the cause.
